Van Supplies, based in Hixon, Staffordshire, specifically designs, manufactures van storage systems and security products in light commercial vehicles with over 28 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

We manufacture our van racking and van roof equipment on site with our OWN MANUFACTURING plant, including a powder coating plant with a holding compound for over 700 vehicles. This enables us to perform business more efficiently and see production from start to end, we research van racking systems and customer requirements to meet your needs and SMMT and quality standards to help you and your business perform even more efficiently.

We invest in latest design and manufacturing technology to enhance quality. Our customer portfolio is large and by dealing with some MAJOR FLEET CUSTOMERS relating to councils, utilities and housing maintenance associations, therefore offering you the same quality product that the large van fleets are using.

- This van racking can only be made using state of the art equipment punching, robot folding and the latest laser equipment, which Van Supplies have made massive investments in over the past 5 years. The combination of a complete product re-design and this hi tech equipment has allowed us to reduce the component count dramatically to our storage systems.
WEIGHT SAVINGS OF OVER 33%
- Compared to existing components of the van storage system range - results in improved fuel consumption and allows a greater payload for tools and equipment. All products from Van Supplies have been Life-Time Tested at Millbrook and have passed all simulated crash testing assessments with flying colours, passing a durability test to prove products can last a ten-year life span.

- Make further financial savings and productivity gains as effective storage can prevent operators from having to spend valuable time searching for tools, materials or equipment in the back of a cluttered van. TAILOR-MADE
- To fit the vans using existing fixing points where possible – minimising the need to drill further holes and ensuring the vehicle’s residual values are maintained when installing your van racking. These units are usually transferable from old to new comparable vehicles so despite the modest outlay, the gains can be long lasting. Fitting time is very quick due to research and design.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS (FEA) and FAILURE MODE ANALYSIS (FMEA) - we are able to develop design features in the van racking, which provide greater operator safety in day-to-day use and in the event of a vehicle collision.
CRASH TESTED vehicle storage systems - Approved to EC17-07 Crash test standard By Millbrook. Showing a durability test that proves product can last the equivalent to 160,000km motoring or a typical ten-year cycle life.
