1. How long will the delivery take to arrive?
   

   Customer service is our first priority – we therefore offer speedy despatch to meet your needs.

   Delivery arrival will depend on the time of day you place your order:

   Roof Equipment:

   - Mon - Thurs before 12pm: receive next working day
   - Fri before 12pm: receive the following Mon
   - Weekends: receive the following Tues
   - Bank Holidays: please allow two working days to receive.

   Internal Storage

   -3-6 working days from receiving the order

   Our service is of maximum quality - we shall have a two man delivery service whereby the courier will remove your packaging and pallet for you. This will then be recycled to help the environment.

   Although, with our best efforts we can not guarantee delivery times.

    

2. Can I order products to cater for large fleets?
   
   

   Depending on the size of the order we can meet your demand, However we strongly recommend that you Contact Us so that we can set an account up for you and satisfy your order efficiently, you may even be entitled to a discount.

3. Can I collect my order?
   
   

   We only offer our standard delivery, this is an efficient delivery system with despatch within two days.

4. Can I buy a product by cheque?
   
   

   We do not offer that method of payment through our website. Please Contact Us to place an order using a cheque, please be aware the duration of delivery time will take longer, for the cheque to be processed.

5. How much does delivery cost?
   
   

   You will be quoted an exact price for delivery when you add items to your shopping basket. Delivery charges are based on weight and will vary from each order, dependant on product and quantity.

6. Do you deliver outside the UK?
   
   

   Yes, but it depends on the order. Please Contact Us to arrange delivery outside the UK.

7. Can I still get a roof rack if my vehicle is not an option on your store?
   

   
   We design and manufacture a wide range of products on site, we do not list every single product we manufacture on our website. We are also continually designing and developing new products, so there is a possibility that the product for your vehicle is still being developed. A bespoke solution may also be available. 8. Do you offer alternative delivery methods?

   
   At the moment, we only offer our standard delivery option.

9. How long will a roof rack last?
   

   
   Most of our products are either Galvanised Steel, Extruded Aluminium or Stainless Steel materials. All of our racking products are manufactured using heavy duty materials, then surface treated onsite and assembled to be durable for operation and weather.

10. Are all the roof rack packages the same?

    
    No, each vehicle has different fixing points that require a different methods of mounting. This varies from manufacturer, model and even within different variants of vehicle model. However, we have extensive knowledge of what each vehicle requires and can provide a roof rack or pipe carrier for nearly every light commercial vehicle on the market.

11. Can I order replacement parts?

    
    Yes, if you Contact Us we can supply the parts you require. Although this could depend on the date of purchase and the type of product you own.

12. Can I get a refund on products?

Yes, we offer a 7 day refund policy - If you are unhappy with your product you have the right to return it within 7 days of the purchase date.

Products must NOT have been used - otherwise you will not be eligible to claim for a refund.
